Heliotrope Hotel
Project description
Heliotrope Hotel is a 4-star hotel of special modern architecture located at the picturesque seaside suburb of Vareia, Mytilene, only 3 kilometers away from the city centre. Its 62 rooms provide comfort promising the most pleasant stay, while its facilities, including a restaurant and well-equipped conference rooms, as well as the swimming pool, may accommodate professional and social event of the highest standards. Gradually handing over the baton to the next generation, the younger members of the administration, continuing with the same zeal, recognizing the need for modern marketing that brings the business closer to the needs of the public. The reason they approached us was to design a new, modern website capable of highlighting in the best way the special features of the hotel (location, facilities, services) in order to increase direct bookings.
Our approach
Having fully understand the needs of the hotel, its goals and special features, we have formulated proposals for wireframes that offer a pleasant navigation experience (UX Design) on all screens (responsive design). An important role in the appearance of the page and in the better promotion of the offered services of the hotel, played the photoshoot which we undertook. In order to achieve direct bookings, a section was created that presents 3 reasons for direct booking through the external WebHotelier system. The website is multilingual and the texts have been translated by certified translators into 4 foreign languages (English, German, Turkish, Russian).
