Hotel Galini
Project description
The Hotel Galini is located on the beautiful beach of Skala Eressos. We got approached for the construction of a new, modern website with the aim of increasing direct bookings. The old hotel website has been quite outdated and the mediocre quality of the photographic material did not correspond to the real appearence of the hotel. The challenge for us was to build a new website, friendly on mobile phones and tablets, with clean design and aesthetics, able to show the visitor all the special features of the hotel unit and the location.
Our approach
The strategy behind the website design was to increase direct bookings. To achieve this we created a module - block with 3 main reasons for the potential customer to make a direct reservation through the site. To give extra incentive to customers to book directly, in a prominent place on the site, we placed a newsletter registration form for the customers to get a discount coupon. Emphasis was also placed on the clean design of the website as well as to the high quality of photographic material from professional photography which we undertook. The website developed on Drupal 7.
